UP Police Physical Test में छाती की माप measuring tape से ली जाती है।

- बिना फुलाव (Without Expansion): Normal breathing में छाती नापी जाती है
- फुलाव के साथ (With Expansion): गहरी सांस लेकर छाती फुलाकर नापी जाती है
