- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering, OR

- M.Sc. in Chemistry, OR
- M.Sc. in Environmental Science
Age Limit (as on 1 July 2025):
- Minimum Age: 21 Years
- Maximum Age: 40 Years
- Age Relaxation: As per UP Government rules for OBC/SC/ST/PwD
