Special Cases
- Gift Deed / Family Transfer: Flat ₹5,000 stamp duty

- Lease Duty (2026): 90% cut in lease stamp duty; ₹5,000 flat for blood-relative transfers
- Agricultural Land: Different rates may apply
- Calculation Basis: Higher of Circle Rate or Agreement Value
