Step 1: Portal पर जाएं
- Browser में upbhulekh.gov.in खोलें
- "Public ROR" option पर click करें
Step 2: District Select करें
- अपना District चुनें (जैसे: Gorakhpur, Azamgarh, Lucknow)
- सभी 75 districts available हैं
Step 3: Tehsil Select करें
- अपना Tehsil चुनें
- अपना Village चुनें
Step 4: Search करें
- Khata Number से search करें, OR
- Name से search करें, OR
- Plot Number से search करें
Step 5: Download करें
- "View ROR" पर click करें
- PDF download करें

Solution:

- Khata number verify करें
- अगर नया land है, तो records update होने में समय लग सकता है
Problem: Portal Slow/Not Loading
Solution:
- Morning (6-9 AM) या Late Night try करें
- Internet connection check करें
- Cache clear करें
Problem: Name Mismatch
Solution:
- Tehsil office में correction के लिए apply करें
- Aadhaar card और other documents लेकर जाएं
